Above rates are nett in Singapore Dollar (SGD), inclusive of taxes and service charges unless specified in the REMARKS.
Booking must be made minimum 03 working days before arrival date (excluding Saturday & Sunday, Eve & Public Holiday).
All bookings make for the above tour have to be paid in advance before check in date. MARIMARI HOTEL NETWORK will charge your credit card in Ringgit Malaysia currency. We will apply exchange rate as announced by the Bank of Malaysia in conversion of the quoted SGD Dollar amount into Ringgit Malaysia.
Prepayment can be made by credit card (VISA and Mastercard) or by telegraphic transfer.
Upon confirmation of booking, a confirmation voucher and a payment receipt showing booking details will be emailed (via attachment) or faxed to guest (upon request) for easy reference.
If notification of cancellation is received before booking is confirmed, there will be no cancellation charge at all.
If notification of cancellation is received after booking is confirmed (hotel check-in voucher issued) and before the NON-CANCELLATION PERIOD, a credit card processing fee of 5% will be imposed.
If notification of cancellation is received less than 05 Working days (NON-CANCELLATION PEIORD), 100% Cancellation Fee will be levied. Any cancellation policies dictated by the tour operator during the peak season will always supercede those stated here. In such case our Customer Service Agents will inform you clearly and completely when we issue the confirmation voucher/email to you).
