Excess Clause
In the event that the client causes damage to a Vehicle, they are liable to pay the excess. The excess can be reduced by purchasing Collision Damage Reduction.

CDR reduces the hirer's excess. With CDR, hirers are only liable to pay the reduced excess in the event that damages are caused to the vehicles body parts, accessories and undercarriage.
Driving License - Minimum and Maximum Age
The Hirer must be in possession of a valid driving license held for at least one (1) year. An international driving license is preferred.
Minimum age: 23 years
Maximum age limit.: 65 years
Standard Rental Qualification
We reserve the right to refuse any rental should the Hirer not meet up with the standard terms and conditions of a rental.
Vehicle Make and Model
Vehicle makes and models are correct at the time of printing. Booking will be confirmed by car group and by make or model. All vehicles will be less than 36 months old.
Extension of Rental / Excess Hours
Should the Hirer intend to extend the rental beyond the original confirmed date, Hirer must inform Office so as to extend the insurance coverage.
Rental rates are based on a 24 hour basis and should a vehicle have excess hours, for each completed hour, a charge is levied based at 1/5 of the daily rental. Should the excess hours more than 5 hours, Full Day charge will be applied.
Insurance
Rates include coverage for third party property damage, up to RM 3,000,000 and unlimited coverage for third party injuries.
Where the vehicle may be used (Malaysia/Singapore)
All cars are strictly prohibited from being driven into Thailand.
Collision Damage Reduction on vehicles only applies within Peninsular Malaysia. Should damage occur to a vehicle in Singapore, the hirer shall bear the full cost of repair.
Vehicles may enter Singapore subject to the purchase of the Autopass at the Causeway, and it is Renter's responsibility to obey all relevant traffic requirements while driving in Singapore, such as Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) and Vehicle Entry Permits (VEP) as well as other Toll charges.
Vehicles must be returned to Malaysia at the end of the rental, and any related costs (tow truck, etc.), shall be borne by the hirer.
By law, Singapore citizens, Singapore permanent residents (regardless of their place of residence) and residents of Singapore are not allowed to use or keep Malaysian registered cars in Singapore.
Refuelling Service
A refuelling service charge of RM 5.00 will be levied if the vehicle is returned with less petrol than when it was rented out.
