       The
Royal Orchestra's sacred instruments are housed in this building. Consisting
of three drums, a gong, and a flute, they form an important part of the
royal regalia. The drums are said to have been a gift from the Sultan
of Melaka in the 15th Century. The instruments, however, are only played
during royal ceremonies such as inaugurations, weddings, and funerals.
