Deep Water Bay Beyond Aberdeen and Ocean Park is the Deep Water Bay beach, which has some amazing mansions. A nine-hole golf course managed by the Hong Kong Golf Club is open to the public on weekdays. A slightly more exclusive club is the Hong Kong Country Club, which is only available to members and their guests. The beach is a great place for swimming or a quiet soak in the sun. Repulse Bay
On the waterfront at Repulse Bay, there are a beachside restaurants, hamburger and noodle stands, luxurious high-rises, and a beach that is crowded on weekends. Beyond Repulse Bay are two serene beaches: Middle Bay and South Bay. These bays are popular with the more serious beach goers who are eager to tan their toned bodies. Stanley
Tai Tam Reservoir Tai Tam Reservoir is Hong Kong Island's largest among the other two reservoirs with a storage capacity of 6.2 million cubic meters. However, the reservoir can only comply with Hong Kong's water consumption needs for three days. Most of the region's water supply comes via huge pipes from across the border in China. Surrounding the reservoir are picturesque hills, including the Tai Tam Country Park, a notable picnic and hiking spot.
