 Our ingredients are carefully selected to bring the true unadulterated 
                  and uncompromised flavors of West Java. We also follow the cooking 
                  processes used in Sunda, down to even using only charcoal to 
                  barbecue our food. Each dish has its own unique taste and not 
                  duplicated in any other dish. Minimal use of oils in involved 
                  in the cooking process except for the deep fried menu items. 
                  The Halal food is free from added MSG and artificial flavorings.
 
 The "stone giling" (old fashion stone grinder for grinding by 
                  hand) occupies an important role in our food preparation adding 
                  to the authentically of not only the flavor but also the texture 
                  of our food.
 
 All meat produce and vegetables are delivered fresh daily. Fish 
                  are kept alive in fish tanks at the kitchen and is only cooked 
                  upon ordering.
 
 We are very particular that only the best is served, for example 
                  in our Kangkung Cha we only use the younger shoots and discard 
                  most of the Kangkung that is delivered. This way we ensure that 
                  every bite is crunchy, tender and sweet. Food is prepared fresh 
                  daily and leftovers are discarded nightly.
 
 The drinks are carefully selected to ensure that they complement 
                  the flavors of the food. The house drinks are brewed fresh daily 
                  and we do not use any cordials, artificial flavorings or instant 
                  powders in mixing our drinks. Each has a special secret processing 
                  or natural ingredient added to give it a unique flavor.
 
 Fruits juices are fresh and without any sugar/syrup added.
 
 Our Ambience
 
 Our restaurants are designed by one of Malaysia's leading interior 
                  design firms, which has been winning international awards. The 
                  concept is to make the restaurant feel cozy, welcoming and reflective 
                  of the Sunda province. All wall carvings, most of the furniture, 
                  stone carvings, artifacts and the carved archway at the door 
                  entrance (SURIA KLCC) are from Indonesia. All artworks and carvings 
                  were designed and specially commissioned with the artisans at 
                  INDONESIA for the House of SUNDANESE Food. Authentic Sundanese 
                  music lending to the overall West Javanese ambience.
 
 Our Price
 
 We have managed to keep our price point reasonably low despite 
                  the high cost of food and annually increasing rental. We pride 
                  ourselves in being very affordable. In some instances our dishes 
                  are even cheaper than the roadside night stalls that serve food 
                  with similar main ingredients. We hope you had an enjoyable
