Diabolo
is a Chinese folk game that involves a barbell-shaped hollow toy that
is manipulated on a string tied to two sticks, which are held in the hands.
The diabolo will spin as it is worked from side to side, and can be flung
into the air and retrieved again while still spinning. If spun fast enough,
the diabolo lets out a humming sound. Producing and maintaining the spinning
and humming keeps the player's adrenalin rushing with excitement. Tricks
can be mastered when the game is practiced and learnt. This is an interesting
game enjoyed by both young and old alike.
Jumping
rope is a good exercise that works all parts of the body. This exercise
