Prime City Hotel is located in Kluang, the second largest district in Johor. It is a landmark addressed with distinctive modern architecture design.

The district's public transportation terminal is right next to the hotel. From this terminal, one can easily get a taxi or express bus to most parts of Peninsula Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.

The Air Hitam Interchange of the North-South Highway is only twenty minutes drive from the town. From there, it takes three hours to get to Kuala Lumpur while Johor Bahru would take only sixty minutes.

About ten minutes from the Senai Interchange before entering the City of Johor Bahru, is the Senai International Airport. From here, one can fly to all states in Malaysia and to Kuala Lumpur or Singapore for international flight connections.

There are two types of suites at Prime City Hotel. They are located at seven different floors, and each floor houses one of each suite.

The suites are named after the hotel, The Prime Suite and the City Suite. All suites are furnished with luxurious furnishing to ensure a warm cozy feeling at the moment you step in. In addition, all bathrooms are spacious and well appointed with contemporary design and of superb finish.
