- Return Land/Boat Transfer (Tawau Airport - Semporna Jetty - Mataking Island - Semporna Jetty - Tawau Airport)
- Full board meals (3 main meals) at buffet style. Free flow of coffee/tea and light snacks.
- Twin sharing accommodation at Mataking Island with air-conditioning
- Fresh hot water shower and attached bathroom with private sundeck/balcony
- For Non-Diver Package – Inclusive of unlimited snorkeling activity at Mataking Island beaches only. Equipment rental is NOT included. It is a free and easy activity around Mataking Island.
- For Diver Package (Licensed Diver) - Inclusive of 3 daily boat dives with weights, weight belt, tanks, and our professional Dive Master/Dive Instructor at different dive sites such as Mataking Island, Timba-Timba Island, Pandanan Island, and other nearby island (except on the arrival and departure day) and unlimited shore buddy dives (house reef) without guide. Equipment rental is NOT included.

- The world renowned divers paradise Sipadan is located about 80 Min boat ride from Mataking
- One boat can accommodate up to max 6 Divers with 3 boat dives at Sipadan Island
- Resort only allocates 7 permits per day , availability based on first come first serve basis
Child Policy
- Child age 0-2 yrs Free of Charge
- Child age 3-12 yrs to pay 50% of non-diver rates
Important Note
- Min 2 Person
- Only fully vaccinated travelers can be accepted into the resort.
- Child below the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by fully vaccinated parents/guardian.
- Youth between the ages of 12-18 years old receiving at least one dose of vaccination.
- Guest will bear cost of transportation if symptomatic during the stay and tested positive.
- All traveler MUST BE fully vaccinated, check in date must be 14 days after receiving the second dose.
- Traveling date change subject to approval & charges.
- The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.

Below 02 year old - FOC
Below 03-12 years old - charge 50% of non-diver rates
- Land (90 min) : TWU-SPN 08:00, 10:30, 11:15, 11:30, 14:00 / SPN-TWU 12:15 & 15:15
Boat (60 min) : SPN -MTK 09:30 & 15:30 / MTK-SPN 11:00 & 14:00 - Guest are required to summit full names, nationality, gender, passport numbers and contact address. Proof of identity and nationality is required.
- Please note that the resort normal Check In time is 1400 and Check Out time is 1000. Any early check in or late check out will be subjected to room availability especially during peak season.
- When making Sipadan trips bookings, advance notice is required (preferbly 1 month before arrival)
- There is NO GUARANTEE that we can obtain permits due to limited spaces especially if it is last request
- Please be informed that the current permit is NON REFUNDABLE / RM 140.00 per person per day entry (subject to Sabah Park changes).
Transfer & Schedule
LAND & BOAT TRANSFERS
3 Times Daily Boat Transfer-IN Mataking Island
- Guests transfer from Tawau town hotel for pickup at 7.30 am for 9.30 am boat in
- Guests from Semporna to be at Mataking jetty office before 9 am for 9.30 am boat in
- Guests arriving Tawau Airport for pick up:
10.30 am for 12 pm boat in
2 pm for 3.30 pm boat in
2 Times Daily Boat Transfer-OUT from Mataking Island
11 am - ETA Airport 1.30pm
2 pm - ETA Airport 4.30pm
*Guests are recommended to follow the above flights which are connected to our daily REGULAR boat schedule to minimize waiting time at the airport/Semporna. Guests MUST choose flights that arrive before 2:00PM/14:00HRS.
*For Guests who cannot make it for the last boat schedule at 15:30HRS (from Semporna) due to any delay or unforeseen circumstances will be required to put a night stay at Tawau / Semporna at own expenses.
Remarks: Guest are recommended to follow flights that can be connected to our daily regular boat schedule to minimize the waiting time at the airport.
- Irregular boat arrangement will be subjected to any substantial group booking or relevant justification
- Local Departures are subject to flight arrival time, weather conditions, group size and/or any unforeseen irregularity
- In the event due to insufficient number of guests to fill up our boat/coach, we may need to re-arrange the above transportation time table
