Set to be the ‘pulse’ of Concorde Hotel Shah Alam, Melting Pot Café serves a fusion of local, American and Continental cuisine. Located at the lobby level, the Melting Pot Café’ seats about 180 persons with French doors which double up as glass partition, separating the terrace area which is used for outdoor dining. It is a 24-hour coffee house that serves breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner buffets offering guest a wide spread of delectable cuisine.

Pavilion Terrace
pLocated next to the Melting Pot Café, the Pavilion is designed from the concept of traditional Malay architecture. It assembles traditional Malay setting, decorations and charm, exuding comfortable elegance for family functions or cocktail receptions. It is also a place to relax and chill after a long day at work, or for that casual gathering. The Pavilion caters to the needs of each individual and has a seating capacity for 120 persons.

Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant
Situated on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Boasting an electric mix of traditional yet contemporary interior design, Xin means ‘new’ in Mandarin. The restaurant seats 260 persons, with 7 private rooms. It serves a selection of delightful Hong Kong dim sum and nouvelle Cantonese cuisine, which are all ‘Halal’.

Raku Japanese Restaurant
Situated at ground floor of the Hotel. With the electric mix of traditional bamboo panelling and rustic slate tiles, Raku Restaurant exudes more of an Asian feeling rather than traditional Japanese. Some of the favourites served, popular amongst guests are the sashimi, sukiyaki, shabu California rolls, gindara (Alaskan cod fish) teriyaki, soft shell crab fotomaki, and katsu curry don (deep fried beef and curry on rice). Raku can seat a maximum of 120 persons in the main dining area with 3 “Tatami†private rooms cater for 8 – 10 persons per room.

The Artists' Space
Located on the lobby floor, The Artists’ Space is an elegant art gallery-cum-café. The café also hosts art exhibitions by local and foreign artists.
